Elissa Morris, MS, CGC, LGC
Specialized in: Prenatal, Rare Disease, Whole Genome and Cardiology
Elissa is coming to My Precious Genes from Portland, Oregon. She grew up in Los Angeles, left to be a UO Duck, and then headed to Boston to earn her MS in Genetic Counseling from Brandeis University. While at Brandeis, she had rotations at Mass General, Boston Children’s, and Dana-Farber. She has been board-certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling since 2005. Her specialties include prenatal, genetic research, variant interpretation, and further specialization in cardiogenetics.

Scott M. Weissman, MS, CGC
Specialized in: Oncology, Cardiology, Neurology, and Pharmacogenomics
Scott received his BS in Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his MS in Genetic Counseling from Northwestern University. He has been board-certified in genetic counseling by the American Board of Genetic Counseling since 2002. Over his 20-year career, Scott has focused on hereditary cancer syndromes, worked with hereditary cardiac and neurologic conditions as well as other adult-onset genetic conditions, pharmacogenomics, and spearheaded patient advocacy groups.

David Sharpe, MS, CGC
Specialized in: Prenatal and Reproductive Health
David enjoys blending scientific knowledge with counseling expertise to help individuals and families navigate the complexities of genetic information, make informed decisions, and cope with the emotional and practical aspects of genetic conditions. He has over 14 years of experience in prenatal/maternal-fetal medicine and holds an MS in Genetic Counseling from Sarah Lawrence College. He is excited to further ensure that all patients are treated with respect, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity and utilizu multidisciplinary approaches.

Anna Schon, MS, CGC
Specialized in: Oncology, Cardiology, Neurology, Rare Disease and Variant interpretation
Anna received her BA in European History and Dance from Barnard College of Columbia University and her MS in Genetic Counseling from the Sarah Lawrence Joan H. Marks Program in Human Genetics. She has been a board-certified genetic counselor by the American Board of Genetic Counseling since 2018. Over her career, Anna has focused on hereditary and sporadic neurologial conditions, rare disease, hereditary cancer syndromes, cardiac conditions, and variant interpretation.

Soujanya "Chinni" Pulluru, M.D
CO-FOUNDER
Chinni is a physician and healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience bringing access and quality to healthcare delivery. She has led a large multi-specialty group and most recently, was Chief Clinical Executive of Walmart Health. Having experienced a need for genetic testing and counseling herself, she has identified the disparity that exists in access, which is what powered her passion to start My Precious Genes.

Nandini Yadav, M.D
CO-FOUNDER
Nandini is a practicing internal medicine physician with over a decade of experience. As a physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), she manages patients with cancer related emergencies at MSKCC, though she has spent time working in intensive care. She has also worked with numerous healthcare startups. She believes in using the latest technology and medical developments to help people make better health decisions.

Anantha Poluri, Ph.D
CO-FOUNDER
Anantha is passionate about empowering patients to make informed decisions. She has over 20 years of experience in biotechnology and a deep knowledge of the diagnostic and precision medicine landscape. She was most recently at Illumina leading a marketing team focused on diagnostics and precision medicine applications for rare & inherited disease and oncology, which in part inspired her to found My Precious Genes.

Sahana Narayan, MS, MSPH
CO-FOUNDER
Sahana is a public health researcher, academic, and journalist with robust experience conducting clinical research and leading healthcare initiatives. She holds a Master of Science from Harvard Medical School and a Master of Science in Public Health from Columbia University and is a firm believer that improving health disparities in access to care starts with the individual, which led her to founding My Precious Genes.
